Executive Team

Asim joined MSAI in June 2025. Asim began his career in technology consulting at global firms including Accenture and KPMG. He later founded and scaled Orion, a SaaS platform company, where he successfully built a recurring-revenue model and led expansion across North America. Subsequently, Asim has held multiple executive roles at Honeywell, where he successfully led global businesses with a focus on revenue growth and margin expansion, operational discipline, and product innovation. He also played a key role in leading M&A integration efforts in Honeywell's fire and safety business. Most recently, Asim led the transportation business at ORBCOMM, where he successfully grew operations by forming strategic alliances with original equipment manufacturers, value-added resellers, and online marketplace platforms and expanding ORBCOMM's footprint globally. Asim, holds a Masters in Business Administration from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelors in Engineering from Northeastern University.

Robert joined MSAI in August 2024 as VP – Controller and was promoted in January 2025 to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining MSAI, Robert served in various roles with increasing responsibility at Ernst & Young, LLP (“EY”). During his 13-year tenure at EY, Robert assisted clients in assessing their financial statements and internal control environments, analyzed financial forecasts and models, and developed analytic solutions to enhance audit efficiency and provide valuable insights. Robert is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, where he received his B.B.A. and M.P.A. in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and California.

Shuaib joined MSAI in July 2025. With over 20 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations, Shuaib has demonstrated a history of success in driving technical excellence and innovation. As a Partner at Solmation LLC since 2009, Shuaib served as a fractional Chief Technology Officer across telecom, healthcare, retail, education and real estate customers. Shuaib also co-founded Fee Favor, an online marketplace for title abstractors, and launched Patron Engage and Practice Revive, SaaS platforms for small businesses and clinics. Shuaib holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University.

Alecia joined MSAI in August 2025. With over 15 years of B2B marketing leadership, she has driven growth through strategic go-to-market execution across industrial tech, SaaS, embedded systems, and AI-enabled platforms. Her career includes marketing leadership roles at Fidus Systems, Solace, Crank Software (AMETEK), Mitel, and Halogen Software.
